Don't be discouraged! I am 17 and I have PCOS too and I used to cry everyday. I also had a lot of negative thoughts. This past month I've noticed a major difference! I didn't even have cramps this month!!!!!! although I'm on the pill to regulate my cycles. I think its due to me being positive and praying everyday for God to heal me. I believe in miracles and the impossible. Prayers really work! You have to have faith and know that you will overcome this awful syndrome. Don't let it beat you and don't give up! I found this website called http://www.teetercreekherbs.com and I found two herbs that really helps with PCOS. They are False Unicorn Root and Chaste Berry. I'm choosing to take False Unicorn because of my particular symptoms with PCOS like very irregular cycles, pelvic congestion, and wacky hormone levels. I'm am no longer going to take birth control pills just to get a period. I'm going to try to control this in a natural way and believe it or not False Unicorn can be very effective and it was used to even prevent miscarriages! It even helps infertility! I'm not trying to get pregnant because I'm only a senior in high school. I'm just trying to ovulate and have normal regular periods and no hormone imbalances. Just remember that If you think positive then you will get positive results with your PCOS. I'm drinking a Carb Solutions drink two times a day with foods low in carbs and I'm also taking False Unicorn. I have noticed a difference!
