Hi Susan, I live in London, just 2 hrs down the road. I found these doctors from T.O. in an old post in the archives, maybe it will provide some help for you. If not I have a friend who brags about her doc. in Hamilton. Let me know. Email me anytime. Sure sounds like you need a diagnosis and some treatment, I sure hope we can help you find that.
