Hey Nicole Well I have many reasons to wanting to have the surgery. I want to lose the weight for my health for one. 2. I want to lose the weight in order to have children, I don't want to be fat mama. 3. I want to lose the weight for my wedding in Jan 2004. Now on the issue about the "but I just don't see how your body could possibly support a baby afterwards with that amount of food." That’s my question I will ask the Dr. cause I am scared that my baby will not get enough nutrition with that little bit of food. I have an appointment for the consultation visit for the Surgeons Oct or Nov. I am on a waiting list of 400 people wanting this. I have lots of questions for him. So I wish I could have a baby before the surgery, but I can’t have a baby with this weight and I am not married yet. I want to wait to start my family after I get married. I want to ask him what the long term effects are. What other options are there. Good Luck to all!!
