I tried to be patient and i watched what i ate.. but it didn't matter and it made me want to eat all the time. oh and the other thing is i got polka dotted with little red blood marks like someone was taking a pin and poking me all over which is another side effect. from there i moved on to tagamet sp? which didn't help either.. please be careful and good luck, diana
