Cat,

The 20 lb weight loss was all strictly water. It's b/c of the water retention that had caused me to have a hard time losing weight.

When I had the job for 3 months I was able to lose the weight (fat) quickly b/c of all the work that was involved with the job at the time. Now I'm trying to strictly exercise and also watch the amount in each portion I have b/c my mom has to.

I didn't ever ask my dr why the brand name caused my hot hands. It was truly a strange thing.

I also answered a question for you on the other forum b/c I'm over there regularly.
