Hi C W, Oh yes,I tried massage therapy for two years and did find relief. Thanks for reminding me. The lower body seems to be where all the problems are stemming from indeed. As for the Glucophage...I was on Metformin for a while and taken off it. Glucophage has not been giving me any problems at all.

I do yoga daily-if not,I would not be able to move. It almost sounds like sciatica.

Give me a write soon to update me on your progress.
