Barb,
I am so glad to hear that you finally started glucophage.
Congratulations!
Have you ever tried massage therapy? One hour, once a week, focusing
just on the lower body for maybe 2 months. Tell the massage therapist
to pay close attention to the trigger points in the hips and legs. And
to do slow deep tissue. Make sure you are not eating too many carbs and
getting enough vitamins and minerals. Stretch your problem areas every
morning and every night for at least 15 minutes.
