Hi Barbara, what is the pain like? Is it like cramp, or an ache, or
sharp shooting pain?
Do you get enough calcium and magnesium? I used to get aches in my legs
which went away when I started taking a cal/mag supplement (1000mg
cal/500mg mag).
Just another thought, you don't use aspartame (nutrasweet) do you? I
used to get shooting pains in my legs when walking, so that after about
half a mile I could hardly feel my feet! It stopped when I gave up
aspartame.
Are you low carbing? If you are low carbing and you don't get enough
potassium you can get bad cramp in your leg muscles.
Well thats some of the more unusual things I can think of, that a doctor
might not check. I would hope your doctor has tested for all
conventional diseases it could be.
I really hope you find an answer to your problem, good luck!
