Re: i need to know why i have so much anger ? why i get angry and mad for no reason and why i cant just let go in a argument instead of making it worse

Hi Alicia and everyone else-

I also get angry at people, mostly my family, for the dumbest things. I'm 22 and just graduated from college, so I'm living at home for a few more weeks until I head to grad school and an apartment 3 hours from home. It's not that I don't love my family, but it seems that I snap at them and get aggravated at them very easily. At work and with my friends, it's not so bad. I am on Celexa for depression and anxiety, so I don't know WHAT to blame my mood on! It's very confusing, and I hate biting my family's heads off, espeicially when I don't mean to. I hate feeling like this--one minute I'm fine, the next I'm snapping at someone. I'm afraid I may alienate people!

Just thought I'd add my side of the story.

Take care, Jen Z.
