Being on spiro itself is no good for a developing fetus, any doctor will
take you off it straight away. I have not heard anything specific about
whether or not the high androgen levels of PCOS affect a baby but I DO
know many many women with PCOS who have had children, and all (to my
knowledge) have been perfectly healthy and happy.
