PCO stands for "polycystic ovaries" - meaning your ovaries have cysts. This is DIFFERENT from PCOS, an endocrine disorder that can have ovarian cysts as a symptom. Your LH and FSH ratio (these are, btw, hormones that mainly control ovulation) would indicate PCOS. There's lots of information out there, lots of help here. http://www.pcosupport.org is another great resource.
