Hi all, I have not been on here in a REALLY long time! I just thought I would post a message to let anyone who may be curious about having a gastric bypass with PCOS. I had my surgery done on March 12, 2002. Since that day I have gone from 320 to 226! I am about to hit my century mark before even 5 months are up! It is not easy, never think it is, but for PCOSers this can work. I feel a million times better and am off all medications except vitamins and birthcontrol. Can you believe it. After 10 years being infertile and now I have to take birthcontrol! LMAO! I can not get pregnant for at least 1 year but know I am going to wait longer. I do not want to take any chances, not to mention once I finally loose this damn weight I am not about to put more on. Well take care all.
