Although it has yet to be proven, I strongly believe that i have PCOS.
After 4 years unprotected sex with my husband, I finally got PG in May,
I MC in July, I believe to low progesterone count. I told the Dr what i
beleive but they never tested my progesterone. Here's why i'm posting
to this question. I've been diabetic for the last 4 years, I was taking
depo-provera when i was diagnosed with diabetes. I took Glucotrol for
the next 3 years to control my sugar levels. Still no Pregnancy. In
Feb, my new general practitioner changed my medication to Glucophage.
And 3 months later i was PG. It's made with Metformin, and that seems
to allow women with PCOS to become pregnant. This is based on research
i've done on my own, since PCOS was mentioned to me back in May. Still
need it confirmed, waiting on new insurance to kick in then i will
making my appointments to get things checked out. Good luck...
