I was diagnosed with PCOS in Jan 2001. I have dark hairs on my chin, skin tags, dark skin on my thighs, obese, and Type 2 diabetes. Now when it comes to periods, they have always been normal, maybe a few days off but I have one every month. Is is possible to have a period and not ovulate?? Is there more of a chance to ovulate and concieve cause I do have a normal period, with PCOS?? Are my chances better?? Are the only ways to find if I ovulate is BBT (Basil Body Temp) and an ovulation machine or the sticks you urinate on?? I have a egg whitishes discharge about 14 days after my period had started. Can I still have that symptom of ovulation (whiteish discharge) and not ovulate? I have tried to get preg for years and had sex just when I had that white discharge and still nothing. I have sex other times, not just on that time. Thank you
