I just wanted to clarify that when I posted that link that I wasn't saying what the article said was true. I just thought it was scary and might be of interest to some. The FDA does approve things only to find out later that they cause health problems and then take them off the market. My experience with aspartame is this: When I eat or drink anything with aspartame I get sick on my stomach and I get bad headaches and it also makes me feel very dehydrated. I don't know if I am allergic to it or not...but that is why the article scared me so much because I feel so lousy after consuming aspartame. Candi :) Next message: Nav: "Re: pcos and not be IR?"
