Thank's to whoever wrote this, it has given me some hope. I am due to have ovarian drilling shortly followed by IVF (my specialist wants me to have the drilling first as I failed to respond to maximum doses of clomid and also didn't respond to menogon injections.) My follicles just don't seem to respond to medication, ultrasounds have shown many small follicles on each ovary, all of which are less than 10mm. We have been on the IVF waiting list for over two years now and I have always been pesimistic about the results, never wanting to get my hopes up as I don't seem to have made any positive progress so far. I have had only two periods in the last two years!! Anyway, thanks again!! Paula X
