I have PCOS and IR/ hypoglecemia and I can only say that Sonnet has
expressed my feelings to the "T".
I've been on met and taken off it,...I still think that if this IR issue
was controlled...I wouldn't suffer the panic,anxiety and suicidal
ideations.
I've battled with this for the last few years at increasing levels.
I feel that it is a result of my insulin levels not being managed
although I try.
You aren't alone.
