Interesting. I would be more suspicious of some food she is eating regularly. Milk comes to mind. Does she eat milk on any sort of a regular basis. Some folks react to milk all the time, or some of the time. I have a relative that gets violent headaches and stomach upset from dairy. It also could change from times of the day. There might even be a time lag from when she drinks in the milk and then has the diarrhea. I'd also think about Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Have her keep a good food diary of what she eats. It's probably not directly related to PCOS, in my opinion.

<<<PS: I have a PCOS-friend who suffers from diahrrea. Almost every night after dinner she has to run to the bathroom at least one time, sometimes she even has to run again and again. Does any of you experience this (she does not recieve any treatment for her PCOS yet).>>>
