I would be more suspicious of some food she is eating regularly. Milk comes to mind. Does she eat milk on any sort of a regular basis. Some folks react to milk all the time, or some of the time. I have a relative that gets violent headaches and stomach upset from dairy. It also could change from times of the day. There might even be a time lag from when she drinks in the milk and then has the diarrhea. I'd also think about Irritable Bowel Syndrome. Have her keep a good food diary of what she eats. It's probably not directly related to PCOS, in my opinion. <<<PS: I have a PCOS-friend who suffers from diahrrea. Almost every night after dinner she has to run to the bathroom at least one time, sometimes she even has to run again and again.
