Good discussion Cath. I'm the opposite. The particular bcp I am now on works great for me. Taking the bcp Demulen and glucophage combined gives me a perfect balance. I have no side effects and feel better than I have in years.

You are right that bcps are different for every woman. I also think that different types of bcps effect every woman differently as well, as I did not have success with the first 3 brands of bcps I tried many years ago. I think the brand also makes a difference.
