Beth, Thanks for the info. I've been on spiro 50mg for 2 months, then went up to 100mg for almost 3 months now. When I first started taking spiro, my acne cleared up almost at once. Now the hair and dark patches on my skin are improving, but after being clear for about 2 months, I am breaking out again though not as bad as before. Just wondering if this is the best spiro can do for my acne or if it will go on improving? Do you know when this med plateaus on it's effectiveness?
