Hi!

Hmmmm...I do not know the exact answer to your question but I do know that it is normal for your ovaries to differ in size if only slightly.

Keep in mind, you CAN ask your ultrasound technician quesitons. Some like to answer you and some do not. I've had more of these done than I can count and I always ask my technician what he/she is seeing - they don't know everything but they get the gist of what's going on.
