Glucophage and a bcp Demulen. The brown spots did not really start changing until I began glucophage, one year after Demulen.

Both of my cheeks. A couple are small dark brown circle dots, and then there are larger odd shaped pale brown patches.

I was on glucophage for about 3 months when I started to notice them fading. After 8 months now, I still have them, but they are not as pronounced.

oh and when did they start to appear on your face?

At least 10 years ago, maybe more.

Me too. Living in Florida, the sun sure has an impact. My dermatologist said the sun could make them worse. Even though the glucophage is helping them fade, I probably will not see 100% results because I can't avoid the sun living here, although I do use Coppertone 45 when I know I'll be out in the sun for a long time.
