Hi - I'm hoping for some responses on this question - my dr put me on Provera for 12 days (still have 3 left) - how long until I get my period? Also at the same time as my Provera he filled a prescription for Metformin 500mg 3x/day. What do I need to do? He gave me no other information other than that. Do I need to wait till after I get my period to start the Metformin? Also, he wants me to use a ClearPlan Fertility Monitor - do I start that right away as well as my first period? I need some help as he is not so much there as my normal PCP. Also, do I need to be on a certain diet with Metformin? Watch what I eat? Please help me!
