To put your mind at ease, why don't you check your blood sugar just to be sure? I think you can get a single test done a lot of places, even at pharmacies. Or, see your doctor. Failing all else invest the $50 or so in a glucometer, then you can test whenever you like! If nothing else, it will put your mind at ease about your bloo sugar. :) Hope you're well!
