Re: Question re IR and high cholesteral levels

I have always had high total but hig good and ridiculously low bad as
well. Supposedly the ratio of the two is more important than the
overall total, and I know once I got something that said I was at less
than 25% the normal risk for heart attack, something like that... which
is great news since heart attacks run in my father's family. (Maybe I
got some good genes from my mother after all?)
