I got rid of my facial hair with electrolosis. Along with the medications to control pcos, the facial hair then stopped growing back.
You can still have pcos and not have cysts on your ovaries. Find a doctor who is willing to give you all the proper blood tests such as testosterone, glucose/insulin ratio, and many others. Don't give up yet.
