Hi - I have experienced these type of "cysts" under my arms. Personally, don't think it's connected to PCOS b/c I've been on Diane-35 for a couple of years now and it has suppressed my other PCOS symptoms - cystic acne (on face) and hairloss. I showed the underarm cysts to my regular physician once and she also prescribed an antibiotic which got rid of them. She thought the cysts could be from not using a clean razor when I shave. So, I now use a brand new razor whenever I shave under my arms and the cysts haven't returned since. Hope this helps :-)
