Hi Trista. I too am over weight. I started out at 160lbs and have gone up to 232lbs. I have recently lost 16lbs on the met. I have been kinda watching what I eat but not a whole lot. I tried exercising before the met with no results so I then gave up. I saw a lot of doctors on a military base who also told me to lose weight, go on a diet, nutritionist etc. Three and a half years later I find out about PCOS and that I have it. It was very frustrating. There is hope out there. Have faith. I am reminding myself of that everyday.

Oh, for those sugar lovers out there try Splenda. It is a great subsitute for sugar. I bake a lot and have switched to the splenda and love it.
