There must be something about your present situation that is working for
you; otherwise, you would not be doing it. Perhaps change your beliefs
and attitudes. Instead of being infertile, pimpley, etc. say to
yourself that you are dailing making the changes to be fetile and pimple
free and then actually do those changes. What if you did not have to be
overweight? I think the first step is changeing your mind. That is
indeed if you really want to change. If you made the changes in your
life to overcome your PCOS and be happy, what would that life look like?
What about your present life circumstances work for you? I think you
have a lot of strength Sonnet, you're great!
