cw,
I am glad I could be of help. My sons girlfriend has fibromyalgia and has
been put on Neurontin. I have had so much relief from Neurontin, I hope
others with pain that are IR will seek the correct medical attention. IR
causes so many problems and I think I have them all. I have suffered pain
for 25 years. I have only had good medical treatment recently.
CHAOS
Coronary disease
Highblood pressure
Adult onset diabetes
Obesity
Stroke.( well I haven't had one at this time.)
Everyone should be aware of high cholesterol and triglycerides that are
caused by IR Meds. along with diet will help prevent heart attacks in your
60's.
I'm also hypothyroid and have open angle glaucoma. I'm glad I'm being
treated for IR because I believe it contributed to all my health problems.
CW take care and if the first dose doesn't work it should be increased. I
take 600 mg 3x a day.
Clara
