I was 122 pounds in my 20's. In my late thirties is when my weight started to escalate rapidly and I can't seem to get it down. I was on BCP and anti-depressant meds, but even going off those didn't get the weight down. And, in many years past I haven't had any weight gain being on BCP and anti-depressants. Something changed that I don't yet understand.
