My weight seems to have a mind of its own at times because it goes up and down quite a bit without change in diet or physical activity. I have been lucky in the last year, I try to walk a lot, and avoid hi carb foods. My weight for the most part seems to be staying in this general area 167 to 175. PCO SIS Dana
