PCOS / abnormal discolored bleeding/is my PCOS doing this??

My name is Dana and I was diagnosed with PCOS about 6 years ago. I have problems with excessive hair growth, mood swings,& irregular periods. Within the last six months I have been experiencing (brown gritty clotty) old blood coming before and sometimes after periods. Bleeding after intercourse at times, spotting between periods, constipation problems, a feelinjg of pressure pains in lower abdominal area. Well, I have no insurance, and am struggling to survive financially. My OBGYN gave me some pills to take that were sup[posed to clean me out. Progesterone, she said is what I may not be producing enough of because it is needed to shed the uterine lining. It didn't really work because I am back to having the brownish colored blood. She told me that if I started the bleeding again (which I have) that she will need to set something up for me to get a sample of the inside of my uterus to check for possible cancer cells or something. I have always had blood in my urine as well, and different things in my urine are elevated, I have no STDS or infections, already been checked. How can I get help when I can't afford it?? Who can answer my questions without giving me the run around. If I had the money, I know that I would be treated more rapidly and completely. If I have something growing in my uterus, like cancer which may be the cause of the bleeding, I would like to get it taken care of before it's too progressed. I am only concerned, not paranoid. Tired of not being able to afford help without a major financial struggle. Dana shadowboxer205@aol.com, please reply, somebody help me with some advice!!
