I do, like I said just because I like knowing what my current numbers are. But I wouldn't say that it's something we all NEED to do. I'm of the opinion that, since I basically manage my own health care, having too much info is better than having too little.

If my glucose and insulin levels had remained steady, but testosterone, say, had jumped, I'd want to know that so I could figure out what it meant and what to do about it!
