Re: IR and teeth clenching

I've been fighting tmj for over 10 years now, and come to think of it
i think thats when my period problems started. i have no idea of they
are realted but it's pretty interesting how many others w/ pcos have
symptoms of the tmj disorder. i also have used a bite plate for 10 yrs,
and i am seeing a specialist for my migraines and jaw pain. at least
tmd is more widely known than pcos, so finding specialist are easier. if
anyone needs advice on relieving tmj symptoms let me know, i would be
more than happy to give my advice on what has given me pain relief.
