I've heard about this, and I think it's absolutely disgusting. Just one more example of discrimination we all must endure from a world that dwells in perfection. What will they say to people? You're going to need to purchase a second seat because you're quite large? No matter how "nicely" they try to put it, it will always come out as an insult. What this does is further ostracize (sp?) us from society, and feed into an already distorted view of overweight people. I predict that Southwest will lose a good amount of money with this new policy, and I can't say that I feel bad about it. I just hope that others don't adopt it as well. Christie
