Are these all caused by IR? > Years before I was diagnosed with IR and PCOS, I asked my dermatologist about the big brown patches on my face that looked like giant freckles. He said they were "hormone related" and that was it. Later I found out they are related to IR and PCOS which effects hormones. My Dermatologist was close, but should have known more.
