I am off all meds. I exercise about 20 minutes per day and follow a high carb diet. I have lost 120 pounds and no longer have insulin resistance or hypoglycemia or hypothyroidism. I ovulate regularly and have regular periods (every 28 days like clockwork). My acne is completely gone. I take no drugs any more; I am off of Metformin, Glyset, Synthroid, aldactone, birth control pills. I take no supplements either.
