That is a YMMV question. It is made better if you cut down your sugar intake.

Again, it will only help with weight loss, if you help your self. You must cut down your sugar intake, for most of us a low carb diet works best, combined with exercise. Then, depending on how much you do, will depend on how quickly you lose weight. When I did it properly I was losing four pounds a week, but recently, I have not been so good, so I have only lost 1 pound per week - still good, but I know I can do better! >
