Well the best way to do it is to probably chart your symptoms, i.e. bbt, cervical mucus etc. They say that your CM becomes like egg white, very stretchy! There are a number of sites where you can record that info, and many will help you analyse that info too. Baby dance every other day around your ovulation, and good luck!
