I don't know the answer to your question, but I do know that you should probably ask your doctor for a different BC. The type you are on is not right for women with PCOS. (you'll have to check the archives for the reasons) I'm on Ortho-Cyclen and it has helped me out a great deal. Sorry I'm not much help. Christie
