I want to thank you for being so informative for me. I am having a hard
time trying to understand what I should do to keep myself in good health
with this PCOS. I am finding this board to be helpful. I am having
trouble trying to stay ona low carb diet and excercising as much as
possible. I give in to much to the things I love to eat.:) Thank you
for being there.
