Just a question - why are you on anything if you have a fasting insulin of 5? I thought anything under 10 was good. Maybe I'm getting confused...are you instead saying that your last set of bloodwork showed it at 5 and without meds it's higher? My last bloodwork (April) showed my fasting insulin at 48...
