Speaking as a ACE certified personal trainer I have to say that while the concept, which is circuit training, is great, a 30 minute workout won't give the results most healthy people are looking for. 30 minute workouts are great for cardiorespratory health but will not do much for toning or weight loss in the long run. Please understand, I'm not knocking Curves or any programs like it, I simply believe there is a better way to exercise. If anyone has any questions, please feel free to e-mail me. Clista
