Hi!

I also wanted to echo Sonnet and Renee to say that you're not alone. I also started showing PCOS symptoms when I was young. Don't be scared.

You've been diagnosed with PCOS so your doctor must know at least something about it. Like Renee said, not all doctors know very much about it or how to treat it. My advice would be to READ all you can about PCOS. This forum is a great place to ask ANY questions you have about PCOS or about what you read about it. Have your parents read up on it too so that they are well informed. I wish I had the internet when I was your age. Use it and look up the site that Renee suggested. It is FULL of information about what to expect and what to do and where to get support. WE UNDERSTAND AND WE ARE HERE FOR YOU. This can be very overwhelming and we've all been where you are right now and we can offer support or suggestions. We'd be happy to. Good for you for seeking help! You GO girl! Take care and God bless, Tera : ) Feel free to e-mail anytime jasonandtera@att.net
