HI!! I'm happy you've found my post to be useful. When I first told my husband about the 20 lb goals, he didn't quite get it. After I explained that 100 lbs is an overwhelming amount of weight to lose, and that women easily get discouraged when they work so hard for something and don't see results right away, he understood that for every 20 lb goal I hit I would feel successful and even more determined to get to the final goal. Now that I've began losing the weight, he really knows what I mean because my whole attitude has changed for the better. Let me know how things go!!! Christie Jackson

I have just started taking metaform and have lost 13 pounds so far. I have notice a great change in eting I am not hungry the way i used to be. The only thing is I know now that I am addicted to carbs. Tha is still hard for me. but I eat less than half of what I used to eat. Thanks for your post!!!
