Hi!
I agree that the Atkins diet sounds like an oxymoron. But yes, check
out the website or buy the book. It's only about $5-6 online and it
explains EVERYTHING in detail regarding Atkins and cholesterol, etc.
Also a GREAT place for low carb and Atkins success stories and support
is http://www.atkinsfriends.com
There is TONS of info there and there is a place for people to post
pictures and success stories and it is VERY motivating and encouraging.
There is also a forum kind of like this one where you can get
