Anyone got any suggestions. I was on Glouphage XR 500mg three times a day for 6 months and nothing happened. When I got serious about becoming PG, I went to see a RE. he put me on Metaformin (same as glouphage) and Clomid (100mg a day). For the first time since December 2000, I ovulated!!! there is a slight chance of pergenancy for me this round, because I only had one follicle but you never know..... Good Luck and don't give up. If you are serious about getting PG, go to a RE that knows about PCOS.
