My gynae told me you will only notice a difference on met if you low carb. How true this is, I don't know. It does seem to have made a difference to me, but I am Miss sceptical, and wonder whether it is all in my mind! Paula or Sonnet will probably be able to give you a factual answer!

And yes, plenty of women on this board have gotten pg whilst having PCOS and some with the help of met.
