I believe it is about the same just a different franchise. The workout consists of weight machines and jogging and step pads. I have lost over 19 inches in the last four months and 15 lbs. It is working for me. I feel healthy and plus have gone down almost 2 sizes. But I feel better as well. I am going to continue with the program, I like it. But I also try walking 2 miles....3-5 times a week. I have found I am a nicer...LOL person when I exercise and feel better about myself. I have a long way to go to be "thin" but at least this is a starting ground. Good luck and let me know how it goes for you. Kath
